A research with patience, dedication and care in details of the vineyards properties and its “terroirs”, because of main objective is to express the origin, characteristics and year conditions of every harvest.

Our mission is: “to maintain our vineyards with the highest standards, bringing to the consumer the best expressions and character of our fruit.”

Our enologist, Christoph, chooses to use minimal technology and focuses on letting the ”fruit” of each varietal “speak for itself.”

“Cascabel” & “Pedregal” blends of Tempranillo with Grenache, and Syrah with Mourvedre, both represents wine of great elegance, with complex personalities, intense flavors, and superior structure.

“Cascabel” & “Pedregal” label wines are the result of the selection of the best grape harvests.

Macouzet Label

Formal wines, structured, elegant….

Macouzet Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend as well as our 100% Tempranillo are full-bodied and concentrated wines from Baja California Norte. These premium wines are rich with fruit flavors and are characteristic of their varietals.

Our wines are blended with grapes from different regions, aged in 20% to 30% new French and American oak barrels, and then bottle aged. This process allows for wines of great personality, finesse, and character.

Macouzet Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend reflects the characters of Baja California Norte wine with concentrated, ripe fruit. The Macouzet Tempranillo has a unique character with elegant flavors and aromas. Both of these wines match perfectly with the New Mexican cuisine and international meals with spicy flavors.

Domino Label

Domino Blanco, Rose and red are original wines, funnies, are wines to share on any given reunion, friendliest…

Domino White and Rose are table wines created to express the natural fruit and are young, fruit forward and refreshing wines often used to compliment family events and romantic encounters. 

Domino Tinto, our red table wine is aged in used oak barrels to enhance the character of the wine. We bottle our white and rose wines early with no barrel aging, creating table wines that are fresh and easy to drink.
